The Story
Where the Idea Came From
Story Writing Lab was inspired by conversations with teachers who shared a common concern: students are not writing enough, and too often, their work lacks originality. Many students are tempted to copy and paste from AI or online sources instead of expressing their own ideas.
We've built tools for educators before, such as Wise Owl Teacher, and we wanted to create a tool that motivates students to write more, and write creatively. Story Writing Lab is designed to spark imagination, encourage authentic storytelling, and help students develop their unique voices.
